These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://zipston.com and the related stock-screening and informational tools (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Zipston (“Zipston”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Who we are

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3) Accounts & access

• You may need an account to use parts of the Services. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it.
• We may send you access links or notifications to the email you provide. You agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your data as described there.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, or to protect the Services or other users.

4) Subscriptions, billing & refunds

• Paid features may be offered on a subscription basis. Prices and plan features are shown at checkout and may change from time to time.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store full card numbers. Applicable taxes may be charged.
• Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. If something goes wrong, contact us at contact@zipston.com and we will review your request in good faith.

5) License & use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You may not resell, redistribute, or provide the Services to third parties without our written permission.

6) Market data; no guarantee

Market and financial information displayed via the Services may be delayed or provided by third-party data vendors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. You rely on the information at your own risk.

If you submit content (e.g., feedback, saved screens, settings), you grant Zipston a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content to operate and improve the Services. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

9) Prohibited conduct

• Reverse engineering or scraping in a way that burdens or harms the Services;
• Attempting to bypass access controls or rate limits;
• Using the Services for unlawful purposes, fraud, market manipulation, or spam;
• Infringing intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• Automated or high-volume use not expressly permitted.

Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate access at any time with or without notice if we believe you have breached these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

16) Governing law & disputes

These Terms will apply to the fullest extent permitted by the laws that apply to you. If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you may benefit from mandatory protections afforded by your local law and may bring claims in your local courts. Otherwise, unless prohibited by law, disputes will be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over the place where Zipston is operated by its individual owner.
